...not that easy...woke up about 6 a.m., adrenaline was still inside me. started drinking coffee and couldn´t stop - best ever! even in a smallest bar it tastes great here. now i fully understand the sentence "it´s a columbian coffee, mate!":) up from 8 a.m. i was having a tour through the city centre with a guy who works in a hostel. visited gorgeous churches: San Francisco, La Catedral Primada, Iglesia de San Agustin. Saw people praying - must admit they seemed to do it so truly that i decided to stay for a while. Also saw Plaza de Bolivar, Presidential Palace etc. Small nap and then decided to walk alone and feel some climate of the city - first observation: not to many gringos here. After 2 hours in a crowdy area i moved to some peaceful area near the univesity (still la Candeleria) - small streets, smiling people, nice kafeterias, "typical colombian dinner" - today i will abolutely take my dictionary with me:) i stayed there until 7 p.m., was already dark, so i moved up, closer to the hill to meet some real colombians and see the sight for the entire city - unexpectedly great area of lights. I bought a juice in a small shop, trying to have a little conversation with the old Colombian lady. she advised me ¨la fria y fresca juga de..." strawberry (as i realised 2 minutes later) :) went to sleep eventually.
today is a brand new day.
saludos!
